Frozen Cashew Chocolate Chunk Cookie Dough
Ingredients: cashew butter, gluten-free oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, arrowroot flour, dark chocolate (cocoa mass, coconut blossom sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla), baking soda, pure vanilla extract, sea salt
1. Defrost cookie dough for a couple hours or over night.
2. Preheat oven to 350F and line a sheet with parchment paper.
3. Scoop out 12 cookies and bake for 9 minutes or until golden.
