The time where we show the people in our lives how much we love and appreciate them…BUT when was the last time you took time to appreciated yourself?⠀⠀
Taking much needed ME time has so many benefits! We have to remember to take time out of our day to do something for ourselves and something that makes us smile! It can be something so small, but so meaningful!⠀⠀
These little things that we do for ourselves can minimize stress, help concentration, build confidence, get better sleep and so much more!⠀⠀
So don’t wait until you have burned out to treat yourself to some me time. We all deserve love & happiness and it starts within! Here are some ideas!!!⠀⠀
🎟Take yourself on a date: go for coffee, lunch, a walk, or a trip to the movies!
💅🏼Spoil yourself: get your nails done, have a bubble bath or treat yourself to a new outfit.
🏋️20 minutes for you: get up 20 minutes earlier or go to bed 20 minutes later and find something you love! Reading, doing your makeup, meditating, exercise, learning a new skill, etc!
🗓Book in me time: just as you would any other appointment! Schedule it in your day and don’t let yourself down by missing it!
📱Go technology free: turn off your phone, enjoy the silence of no notifications!
💌Write yourself a love note: take some time to write down all of the things that you love about yourself!
Remember you deserve to be appreciated too!
